Email support@ahrok.site. Include your device model, iOS or Android version, app version, and what happened. Please avoid sending private confirmation photos or coordinates.

Camera or location access

These features are optional. Enable or disable their permissions in your device settings. Tap confirmations work without either permission.

Delete your records

Delete individual confirmation records and their associated photos, or clear all confirmation history in the app’s Settings. Removing an item from your list preserves its past confirmations. No account deletion is needed because ZeroAnx has no accounts.

Changing devices

ZeroAnx does not provide server-based synchronization. Device or cloud backups may contain app data depending on your device settings. Uninstalling the app may delete local data.
